Each week, the JCE Biennial gives an artist “Carte Blanche” (free hand) in order to discover the exhibition in La Fabrique de Montrouge in a new angle.
This week, after Elisabetta Vernier, the JCE Biennial give the second “Carte Blanche” to Pierre Le Tulzo.

More than 2,300 attended the JCE exhibition in Montrouge and 1,200 people were at the opening.
